Local real estate entrepreneurs claim that 2-BHK homes and apartments would have rented for Rs 12,000–20,000 before COVID-19 as opposed to Rs 25,000–40,000 currently. In a similar vein, Homes in Bangalore for Rent 1-BHK homes and apartments might be found for Rs 7,000–10,000 as opposed to the current Rs 15,000–25,000.
