Imran Khan, a former prime minister of Pakistan, had his corruption-related prison term suspended.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan’s sentence imposed in the Toshakhana corruption case was suspended on Tuesday by the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
In the case, a Pakistani court gave Khan a three-year prison term. He has also been barred from participating in politics for a period of five years.
