According to CPCB data, Delhi's overall air quality remained in the'severe' category on Thursday. At 6 a.m., Anand Vihar had an AQI of 432, while RK Puram had an AQI of 453. 

Delhi minister Gopal Rai has stated that if it is cloudy and all clearances are granted, the national capital's authorities may produce artificial rain on November 20-21.
