Cyclone Dana: Flights halted, more than 200 trains canceled

Updates on Cyclone Dana: By Wednesday evening, more than 30% of the 10 lakh people who were targeted had been moved to safe locations, according to Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
