In order to give clients confidence and make them feel safe and at ease while traveling, a driver from Bengaluru has fitted a dashcam in his "well-maintained" autorickshaw. According to Shantha Gowda, "I want my customers to know they are in safe hands," he clarified.
"The dashcam records everything, which can be crucial in case of any incidents." A dash cam, which stands for dashboard camera, is a tiny video camera that is put on the windshield or dashboard of a car to capture the road ahead and occasionally the interior of the car.
Dashcam footage shows Shantha Gowda and a passenger conversing in a video posted by Nagara Metered Auto on X (previously Twitter). The traveler asks about the fare and requests a ride to his location. "I'll use the meter, and you can pay me whatever it shows," Gowda replies.
After getting inside, the passenger remarks how happy he is with the state of the car, praising the dashcam, the rain-resistant side curtains, and the autorickshaw's general cleanliness.
